  2.  Not damage any furniture or provided facilities. 
  3.  Avoid making excessive noise that may disturb neighbors. 
  4.  Not engage in any illegal activities on the premises. 
  5.  Not bring pets without prior permission from the owner. 
  6.  Not smoke inside the house. 
  7.  Ensure the number of guests does not exceed the allowed limit of 6 persons.
  8.  Any damage to furniture or facilities caused by the guest’s negligence will be deducted from the security deposit to cover repair or replacement costs. 
  9. In the event of a booking cancellation:
    •  The deposit may be non-refundable. 
    •  However, if the cancellation is made at least 2 days before check-in, the deposit will be fully refunded.
